    Le P’tit Café is one of the capital’s most famous eating spots. You’ll have to book a table if you want to enjoy original fusion cuisine based on local products. One advantage is a simple and friendly atmosphere and has excellent value. Here, there’s no menu, but a weekly selection. A few inventive recipes invented by Chef David Cano and his team include sweet potato, cabbage, papaya and pumpkin choucroute with lentil stew, manioc croquettes, picot papillottes, pork wontons and stewed shrimp or deer.
