Mention windsurfing in New Caledonia and the stories will come in waves! Lots of Caledonians remember Robert Teriitehau and the images of the Nouméa Dreamcup, an international competition organized for many years in Nouméa. Since then, this sport has taken off, and Caledonians know how to make their mark on the world scene of windsurfing.
